Sorry, but the resource you're trying to find is no longer available. The SVG-Whiz online SVG editor was written a very long time ago, and sadly only works properly with Adobe's now-defunct SVG viewer. The amount of time and energy it would take to support it or make it work in Opera, Firefox, and other modern SVG viewers is prohibitive, and I don't wish to leave a bad example of an SVG Web-App floating around when so much more is possible.
I hope to return to this project one day, now that I know much more about programming in SVG+HTML+JS. I encourage others to take up the challenge of making an online SVG editor, and I am available to answer questions about such projects.
